Free Paper (Podium / Oral) Presentation
- Presenting author must register & quote registration number.
- Submission mode: Online only.
- Presentation time: 6 min + 2 min discussion (Total 8 min).
- Single case reports are not allowed for podium (can submit as poster).
- Abstract format: Title, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusions.
- Max 250 words (excluding tables/images), Word format only.
- Screening by senior faculty committee.
- Selected authors will be intimated by email.
- Maximum PPT slides: 15.
E‑Poster Presentation
- Presenting author must register & quote registration number.
- Submission mode: Online only.
- Presentation time: 4 min + 2 min discussion (Total 6 min).
- Single case reports are allowed.
- Abstract format: Title, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusions.
- Max 250 words, Word format only (no images/tables in word file).
- Screened by senior faculty committee.
- Acceptance will be communicated by email.
- E‑Poster must be 1 page, Landscape (16:9), PDF/Image format.
